Toolip by Hola VPN Ltd ("us", "we", "our", or "Toolip") reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to offer refunds for subscriptions canceled within 2 days of the original payment transaction and the total bandwidth usage for the active subscription must be below 50MB. You can monitor your bandwidth usage through Toolip's dashboard.
Refund Conditions
1. Cancellation must occur within 2 days of the original payment.
2. Total bandwidth usage must be below 50MB.
It is solely the customer's responsibility to report any issues, concerns, or problems with the service within the specified refund timeframe. Failure to report issues within the 2-day period may result in ineligibility for a refund.
Please note that requesting a refund when you do not meet these conditions (e.g., cancellation after 2 days or bandwidth usage exceeding 50MB) will result in your refund request being denied. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to decline to issue any and all refunds.
If you experience issues receiving or downloading our products, we recommend contacting our support team for assistance. If we determine that we have made a mistake in delivering the product, a refund or credit will be issued.
